Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, form a legal agreement governing your relationship with Youth Broadband Business Solutions (“Youth Broadband”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using any part of the Youth Broadband platform, you consent to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, including the processing and use of your personal data as outlined therein.

You are encouraged to regularly review these Terms and Conditions, as they may be updated or revised periodically at Youth Broadband’s discretion. Continued use of the website or services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.


1. Definitions

Agreement” means these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, including any updates or revisions made thereto.
Website / Portal” refers to the Youth Broadband platform, owned and operated by Youth Broadband Business Solutions.
User / You” refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or using Youth Broadband products or services.

This Agreement governs the use of services provided by Youth Broadband Business Solutions and its affiliates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


2. Use of Services

The User agrees to access and use Youth Broadband’s services only for lawful purposes.
Users must not use the services in a manner that violates local, state, national, or international laws or infringes on the rights of others.


3. Registration and Account Responsibility

Registered Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login ID and password.
Users agree not to share login credentials or use another person’s credentials for any reason.

When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete personal information as prompted by the registration form.

  • Update your information promptly if any details change.

Youth Broadband reserves the right to verify the information provided by the user at any time. If any details are found to be false, incomplete, or misleading, Youth Broadband may reject the registration or suspend the user’s access to its services without prior notice.


4. Reservation of Rights

Youth Broadband reserves the right to:

  • Verify customer details, including financial information, through independent sources.

  • Reject any Customer Application Form (CAF) if details are incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid.

  • Retain and use information collected from customers for lawful business purposes.

  • Amend these Terms and Conditions as required for legal compliance or service improvement.


5. Services

Upon receipt of a duly completed Customer Application Form (CAF) and payment, Youth Broadband will make all reasonable efforts to provide and maintain services during the subscription period.

Youth Broadband reserves the right to determine or revise credit limits based on internal policies.
In case of excess usage beyond the set credit limit, the customer must make immediate interim payments.

Service quality or availability may be temporarily affected or interrupted for valid reasons such as maintenance, network issues, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events. Youth Broadband may, without liability, suspend or limit services in the following cases:

  • Network or technical failures.

  • Non-payment or delayed payment.

  • Misuse, illegal usage, or breach of agreement.

  • National security or regulatory requirements.


6. Billing and Payments

  • Services are prepaid unless stated otherwise in the subscription plan.

  • Charges will be billed in accordance with Youth Broadband’s billing cycle and in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Taxes will be levied as per prevailing statutory norms.

  • Payments must be made via A/c payee cheque, demand draft, or authorized digital payment methods—cash payments are not accepted.

  • Youth Broadband reserves the right, as per TRAI and applicable guidelines, to modify tariffs, service features, or introduce new charges.

Failure to pay dues within the stipulated time may result in partial or total disconnection of services, and restoration charges will apply for reconnection. Customers are responsible for ensuring their own equipment is functional and compatible with Youth Broadband’s network.

Fair Usage Policy (FUP):
FUP applies equally to uploads and downloads, and Youth Broadband may limit bandwidth usage beyond a certain threshold to maintain service quality.

Installation Charges:
Installation fees are applicable and may vary based on location or service type.


7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a customer cancels or disconnects the service, the terms specified in the Customer Registration Form will apply.

Refunds, if applicable and at Youth Broadband Business Solutions’ discretion, will be processed only to the same account used for the original payment within 15 working days.
Youth Broadband is not obligated to refund any charges unless payment has been made and verified.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, along with the Customer Application Form, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

In case of any dispute, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


9. Acceptance of Terms

By signing or submitting the Customer Application Form (CAF), the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The terms have been explained, and the customer agrees that this Agreement is valid, legally binding, and enforceable in a court of law.
